The Hawai‘i Department of Health is encouraging the public to provide their feedback on a proposed remediation plan to address the lead found in soil near Hakalau Stream Bridge and within Hakalau Beach Park in Hakalau on Hawai‘i Island. Oral and written comments on the draft Response Action Memorandum will be accepted through July 29, 2023.
