Proposals will be received no later than 3:30 p.m. (Hawaii Standard Time) Friday, May 27, 2022, time stamped by the Hazard Evaluation and Emergency Response Office; located at 2385 Waimano Home Road Suite 100, Pearl City, Hawaii 96782-1400.

Late proposals will not be considered.

The Hawaii State Department of Health, Office of Hazard Evaluation and Emergency Response (HEER), is seeking qualified individuals or firms to provide Emergency Environmental Response Services – Scope of services to include, but not limited to, providing various time-critical response actions during incidents where the releases or potential releases of hazardous substances present an imminent and substantial threat to public health and/or the environment.
