The Hawaii FPS Training and Internship Program is supported by the federal grant Second Chance Act for Improving Reentry for Adults with Co-Occurring Substance Abuse and Mental Illness through the Bureau of Justice Administration and is coordinated locally by staff working at the Hawaii State Department of Health, Adult Mental Health Division (AMHD).
