Have you ever found a munitions item or munitions debris in the Waikoloa Maneuver Area (WMA)? Do you have a story about a friend or family member encountering munitions? In our effort to assist United States Army Corps of Engineers in delineating the extent of munitions use in the WMA, we want you to tell us your story. If you have information about munitions in the WMA please complete our survey below.
Thank you for participating in this survey to identify potential areas of concern for munitions within the Waikoloa Maneuver Area (WMA). Please complete all sections below. Personal contact information will not be made public, however, we ask you to provide it in case we need to contact you for additional details. Information about encounters with munitions will be shared with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), who are responsible for cleanup of unexploded ordnance (UXO) in the WMA, however, your contact information will not be shared with USACE without your permission.
