Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Climate and Health Program

The CDC provides resources, guidance documents, and funding opportunities to help states, cities, territories, and tribes to develop and implement climate adaptation plans to protect against the health impacts of climate change.

U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP)
