HEER Office suspends in-person meetings and walk-in service due to COVID-19
Posted on Mar 20, 2020 in All, HEER NewsEffective March 20, 2020 – In accordance with the State’s efforts and the Governor’s plan to slow the spread of COVID-19, please be advised that:
- The majority of the Hazard Evaluation and Emergency Response Office (HEER) staff are currently teleworking. The HEER Office will continue its operations with a reduced number of staff physically located at the office. Please be aware that there may be some delays while we transition to this new mode of work. However, we will try our best to continue to serve you in an effective manner.
- To minimize personal contact and promote social distancing we are suspending in-person meetings and walk-in service. We ask that you call or email us and refrain from visiting our office.
- Staff will continue to be available for assistance by phone at (808) 586-4249 during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:45 am–4:30 pm, excluding holidays) or by email.
- We encourage you to submit documents through e-permitting.
