Attention: HEPCRA Tier II Filing Fees Have Increased

Posted on Nov 1, 2017 in All, Hawaii State Emergency Response Commission

Act 162, SLH 2017 (Relating to Tier II Filing Fees for Reporting of Hazardous Substances) was signed into law on July 11, 2017. This Act amended the Hawaiʻi Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act to increase the Tier II filing fee from $100 to $200 annually (HRS 128E-9).
