The CAMHD’s main office is located in Room 101 of the Diamond Head Health Center at 3627 Kilauea Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96816. The Neighbor Island Services Branch (NISB) and Oahu Services Branch (OSB) manages our Family Guidance Centers; the Family Court Liaison Branch (FCLB) facilitates services for youth at the Detention Home and the Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility.
