Something as simple as using someone’s identified pronouns can help them feel seen and less alone. This #PrideMonth, we launched a PSA campaign to help ensure everyone is seen for who they are and to share some of the steps we can all take to help create safe spaces for LGBTQ+ youth. Learn more at health.hawaii.gov/camhd/lgbtq-safe-spaces for more information.

May 24 is World Schizophrenia Day and it made us think of how many of us go through stuff in silence. Not knowing what it is or thinking we have to hide it.

If you've ever felt super anxious, paranoid, or are hearing or seeing things others don't, it may be a sign of something more.

Schizophrenia can affect anyone, and may show up when life gets hard. But there is support and it can get better with the right help. Learn more at health.hawaii.gov/ontrackhi.
