Neighbor Island Services Branch (NISB)
The Neighbor Island Services Branch (NISB) is dedicated to serving children and families in the counties of Hawaii, Maui, and Kauai. These services are provided by the four Family Guidance Centers (FGCs) in the Branch, which are the East Hawaii FGC, the West Hawaii FGC, the Maui FGC (which also covers the islands of Molokai and Lanai), and the Kauai FGC. The Branch office is located in Waimea, on the Big Island, and is overseen by Keli Acquaro, NISB Chief.
