Ohio Scales

The Ohio Scales is a form that asks about thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in daily life. It is completed monthly by youth ages 10 years and older who receive CAMHD services, and their caregivers. Information collected on the Ohio Scales helps to inform treatment team decisions about starting, stopping, or changing services, and is one of many ways the CAMHD uses data to make informed decisions to support children, youth, and families.
