The Department of Health (DOH) is continuing its commitment to protecting State surface waters after the U.S. Supreme Court’s Sackett decision reduced federal oversight of certain waters. The DOH is providing clear guidance to help communities understand how state waters are identified and regulated under Hawaii law.
