New Patient Registry Website
The Department of Health, Office of Medical Cannabis Control and Regulation (OMCCR), will start using a new patient registry website on August 12, 2026. Please read the important information below.
The current patient registry website (medmj.ehawaii.gov) will be temporarily closed to applications from August 5th to August 12th in preparation of launching the new website, patients will still be able to log in, but they will only be able to download their existing 329 card. No new applications, renewals, or updates can be started or submitted during this time.
If your 329 card expires soon, please make an appointment with your doctor and submit your renewal before July 29th so we can make sure it gets processed.
Dispensaries will stay open, and patients will still be able to buy their medicine during this time.
After August 12, patients will need to sign in to the new registry website to download their new 329 card. Patients who received their 329 in the mail will receive a new 329 card in the mail shortly after August 12.
We will share more information soon, including guides to help everyone with the change. Please contact our office at [email protected] or (808) 733-2177 if you have any questions.
