When is the blackout period?

The blackout period is from Friday, August 7 to Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

What can I do during the blackout period?

You can only log in to download your 329 card.

What cannot be done during the blackout period?

You cannot send in new applications, renewals, or any changes.

Do I have to log in on August 12 to download a new card?

Yes. Everyone will get a new registration number, and your old card won’t work anymore. On August 12, go to (website URL) to download your new 329 card.

What should I do if my card expires in July or August?

You should have received an email or letter about this. We ask that these patients send in their renewal application in the current system by July 29, 2026.

I am a provider. What do I need to do?

Starting August 12, 2026, log in to create a new provider registration. After that, you can start making e certifications for your patients. A patient’s e certification is now the first step in their application process.

I am a caregiver. What do I need to do?

Starting August 12, log in to create a new caregiver registration. Your registration will be separate from the patient’s registration.
