Sample Collection & Reservation System
The Sample Collection and Reservation System (SCRS) allows water systems to view and schedule regulatory samples to be analyzed by the State Laboratories Division (SLD) on Oahu and the District Health Office (DHO) labs on the neighbor islands. Samples and results analyzed by the labs can be viewed and printed in SCRS.
