Drinking Water Reports

    • Annual Public Water System Compliance Report

The Safe Drinking Water Act requires states to provide EPA with an annual report of violations of the primary drinking water standards. This report provides the numbers of public water system violations in each of five categories: MCLs, treatment techniques, variances and exemptions, significant monitoring violations, and significant consumer notification violations. The report will be made part of the national compliance report.

    • Report to the Governor on Capacity Development Plan

This report to the Governor is required by the capacity development provisions in the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) which mandates a report to the Governor every three years. The report addresses the efficacy of the strategy and the progress made towards improving the technical, managerial and financial capacity of public water systems in the State.
