State Systemic Improvement Plan
The State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) is a comprehensive multi-year plan for improving results for infants and toddlers with special needs. The SSIP is part of the State Performance Plan and Annual Performance Report required by the federal Office of Special Education Programs. The focus of Hawaii’s SSIP is on supporting the social-emotional development of infants and toddlers.
