 Act 212, Session Laws of Hawaii 2021 (SB 628 SD2 HD2 CD1), establishes a working group to develop, evaluate and implement the transition of the O‘ahu regional health care system from the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation to the Hawai‘i State Department of Health.
