Deposit Beverage Container Recycling Program

Hazardous Waste Section – Regulates the generation, transportation, treatment, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste.

Solid Waste Section – Regulates the management of solid waste and landfills.

Underground Storage Tank Section – Regulates underground storage tanks that store petroleum or hazardous substances.
