Biennial Report 2021 (Updated January 26, 2022)
You must complete the 2021 Biennial Report by March 1, 2022 if your site was a Large Quantity Generator (LQG) for any month in 2021, or if your site is a permitted treatment, storage, or disposal facility (TSDF). The Hazardous Waste Program will be offering a workshop on how to complete the report in January 2022. Click on the link above for more information.
