Last month, CAMHD partnered with @lgsylvialuke in support of #DigitalAlohaMonth, which is all about taking care of yourself online (like using block/mute features to avoid seeing stressful posts😶🌫️) and taking care of one another (like being kind and standing up to cyberbullying💪). How will you practice Digital Aloha this month? 📱🤙

Not every girl comes to school carrying just books. Some carry trauma, grief, and emotions that feel too heavy to share. Trauma isn’t always visible on the outside — and many girls hold more inside than they let on. But support can make all the difference. 💙
This school year, let’s make sure every girl feels safe, seen, and supported. ✨ Learn more at health.hawaii.gov/kealahou. #KealahouServices #mentalhealthmatters #supportishere

Behind every backpack is a girl carrying more than just notebooks and pencils. Sometimes, she carries fear, grief, and trauma that others can’t see. But she doesn’t have to carry it alone. 💙
Support can lighten the load, spark healing, and remind her that she’s not alone. Hope is real. Help is here. Learn more at health.hawaii.gov/kealahou. #KealahouServices #support #youarenotalone

You show up to school every day — on time, prepared, maybe even smiling. But what no one sees is what you’re carrying. Grief. Fear. Memories that don’t go away just because the bell rings. Some girls carry more than books to school. And sometimes, just showing up takes everything you’ve got. You’ve learned how to hide the heavy stuff — but that doesn’t mean you have to carry it alone. Support won’t erase the past, but it can help you feel safe enough to keep going.

Sometimes, how you feel can be hard to understand. Psychosis can make the world feel different — distant, even distorted. But even when things feel overwhelming, one act of care can make a difference.
Showing up with love, not judgment, opens the door to connection and healing. You don’t have to have all the answers. Just being there matters. Start with care. Find support at health.hawaii.gov/ontrackhi.
