The clinical team at the East Hawaii Family Guidance Center offers free, statewide, virtual groups throughout the year.
The next six-week round of our dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills group begins on Wednesday, November 6th. Teens (12+ years) and their caregivers are invited to attend. We will focus on “Distress Tolerance.” Different DBT modules are offered in sequence throughout the year. Participants can jump in at the start of any module! No current or past affiliation with the CAMHD is required.
