Please join us as we, collectively, continue our journey to make timely and competent language assistance the norm for every person with limited English proficiency (LEP) who seeks governmental services in the State of Hawai’i.

The conference objectives are to

1. Emphasize the importance of plain language as the building block of effective communication.
2. Facilitate the sharing of ideas, expertise, and experiences from local and national perspectives.
3. Identify ways to increase organizational capacity to provide language assistance to persons with limited English proficiency.
