Office of Planning, Policy and Program Development
The Office of Planning, Policy and Program Development (OPPPD) is led by Lorrin J. Kim, Chief Policy Officer and Legislative Coordinator for the Hawai’i Department of Health. OPPPD reports directly to the Office of the Deputy Director and is responsible for department-wide government relations and public policy, strategic planning, special projects, and technical assistance supporting compliance, administrative rulemaking, grants management, performance and practice management, and scientific services. The OPPPD is comprised of the following:
