Hoʻopono – Plan Implementation and Promising Practices”: This conference is one way by which the Office of Language Access (OLA) is trying to help state and covered entities as they begin to implement their plans. Speakers discussed issues and challenges in plan implementation, look at the experiences of some agencies, and consider some of the best practices that can be used here in Hawaii.
