Dual Use of Cannabis Task Force
SLH, 2021, Act 169, §4 (a) The office of medical cannabis control and regulation shall convene a task force to explore the development of a dual system program of the legalization for cannabis and the impacts of legalization of cannabis on qualifying patients, including access to medical cannabis by qualifying patients. (b) The office of medical cannabis control and regulation shall submit a report of its findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2023.

Dual Use of Cannabis Task Force Meeting Schedule
All of the meetings are open to the public and will be held on the 4th Monday of each month (except for May) and will be in person at the Hawaii State Art Museum with remote access via Zoom.
The Hawaii State Art Museum is located at 230 South Hotel Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 and the meeting will be held in the conference room on the first floor.
