Hawaii Trauma Advisory Council

The Hawaii Trauma Advisory Council (HTAC) holds regular meetings inclusive of a broad and representative array of multidisciplinary trauma stakeholders to disseminate information and advise the State of Hawaii Department of Health on all matters related to the comprehensive statewide trauma system. The Hawaii Trauma System mission is to reduce the burden of trauma in Hawaii through collaborative programs of injury prevention, optimal treatment, research and education. The vision is to ensure all trauma patients within the State of Hawaii receive quality comprehensive trauma care aligned with national trauma standards.
