CONTRACTOR shall attest and follow the executive orders issued by the Governor of Hawaii.
Based on the Governor of Hawaii’s Executive Order 21-07 all contractors shall attest that their employees to provide vaccination or testing status as a condition of entry onto State property and into State facilities for government business or government project.
