Moving Forward: Hawaii Developmental Disabilities Division

The DDD Evaluation

The Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD) is working to improve services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Hawaii.

DDD hired Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) to help. HSRI is studying how well DDD services work. This is called the DDD Evaluation. The DDD Evaluation will take three years to complete (2022 – 2024).

The Interim Report

HSRI wrote a report called the Interim Report. This report is at the halfway point of the study. It describes what has been learned so far about DDD activities over the past few years.
