Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD)

As the federal Medicaid compliance date for the HCBS Community Integration Final Rule rapidly approaches (March 17, 2023), the Developmental Disabilities Division has organized useful information for providers and stakeholders on this central reference page.

Key deadlines for providers include:

• All completed provider evidence templates due to DDD: March 31, 2022
• Goal for demonstration of full compliance by all DDD waiver providers: June 30, 2022
• Corrective Action Plans: July 1 – September 30, 2022
• Transition period to sanction providers and move participants out of non-compliant provider settings: October 1, 2022 – March 1, 2023
