Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD)

Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD) & Department of Human Services Med-QUEST Division (MQD) has provided an Application for a §1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services Waiver to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

DDD will accept public comments from December 1, 2020 through January 10, 2021. DDD will request an effective date of July 1, 2021.
