Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD)

The Department of Health, Developmental Disabilities Division, is pleased to issue the revised Medicaid Waiver Provider Standards for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (Medicaid I/DD Waiver). The Standards were developed in collaboration with many stakeholders and incorporated feedback that made the document more user-friendly, clear, and comprehensive. The Department of Human Services, Med-QUEST Division, has approved the Standards with an effective date of July 1, 2026, pending CMS approval of the Waiver application.
