Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD)

Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD) and Med-QUEST Division (MQD) have provided an application for a 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services Waiver to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

DDD will accept public comments from January 16, 2026, through March 3, 2026. DDD will request an effective date of July 1, 2026, for this renewal.
