Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD)

In October 2020, DDD partnered with Burns & Associates, A Division of Health Management Associates to reexamine DDD’s Waiver rates and conduct a rate study for DDD Waiver providers.

The rate study is part of the 1915 (c) Waiver reauthorization process for the upcoming 2021 Waiver. Burns & Associates received public comments of the proposed rate models from DDD Stakeholders in 2020. The final report was completed on December 31, 2020.
