Interactive workshop for Provider RNs to complete Provider Nurse Assessment Packet for T&C RN.

Upon completion of this workshop, learners will be able to:

• Describe components of T&C RN
• Recall DDD Nurse Assessment Packet
• Identify sections of Nursing Assessment
• Complete Nurse Assessment Form

The DDD Training Unit will try our best to simulate an in-person classroom environment. This zoom meeting will have interactive components. Please be prepared to share your camera and use your computer microphone.
