Biennial Report (Updated January 2018)
The Biennial Hazardous Waste Report, due March 1, 2018, must be completed by all sites that were Large Quantity Generators of hazardous waste during 2017. The report covers all hazardous waste generated, managed on site, and/or shipped off-site during 2017.
