5-Year Nonpoint Source Management Plan Approved by EPA

The newest Hawaiʻi Nonpoint Source Management Plan has been approved by the Environmental Protection Agency, effective from 2026-2030. The Hawaiʻi Nonpoint Source Management Plan (NPSMP) 2026–2030 outlines the State’s approach over the next five years to protect and improve the quality of Hawaiʻi’s waters through implementation of its Nonpoint Source Program.
