The Surface Water Protection Branch is located at 2827 Waimano Home Road, Rm. 225 in Pearl City on the second floor of the Hale Ola Building. To gain access at the front gate of the Waimano Home Road facility, guests may be required to provide the guard with proper self-identification and the name and address of the agency they are visiting.
