“Hawaii: The State of Health” Features Department of Health Experts Live Streamed on ThinkTechHawaii.com

Josh Green on his program “Healthcare in Hawaii.” The one-hour program is available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uV-2cZXkOsY&feature=youtu.be. During the program Dr. Pressler discusses her decision to accept an appointment as director, her focus on systems change and prevention, her anticipation of renewed collaboration with DHS, the future of Hawaii State Hospital, and the need for department accreditation.
The program is part of a series live streamed on www.thinktechhawaii.com every Tuesday at 2 p.m. Thanks to a partnership with Jay Fidell, Sen. Josh Green and ThinkTechHawaii.com, the Department of Health (DOH) is airing a one-hour program called, “Hawaii: The State Of Health” every other Tuesday from 2-3 p.m. The DOH program is on an alternating and complementary schedule with “Healthcare in Hawaii.” The DOH program features department experts speaking about current public health issues that affect everyone in our state.
