Home Visiting Program

The Your ʻOhana program provides intensive, evidence-based home visiting services to expecting parents and families with young children from birth to kindergarten entry, focusing on Hawaiʻi’s priority populations.

Supported by the federal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program, Your ʻOhana aims to reduce health disparities, promote positive child development, and strengthen family relationships. Our services are tailored to meet family needs, address health equity, and reach underserved communities through coordinated statewide efforts.
