Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) Chapter 11-60.1, Air Pollution Control, has been amended effective June 30, 2014.  Changes were made in several parts of the chapter.  The most notable addition is Subchapter 11, Greenhouse Gas Emission, which establishes a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) regulatory program in Hawaii.
