For those in need of isolation and/or quarantine services on Oʻahu, the Hawai’i Department of Health Behavioral Health Administration invites you to submit a request using the Iso-Quar Universal Request Form. You may also call 832-3100 (Oʻahu); local representatives are available 24/7.
Those living on the neighbor islands requesting COVID-19 assistance are encouraged to call their District Health Offices for information and guidance (hours may vary).
