Notes:

  • Both the Governor and Mayor have been invited, confirmation pending availability as the date gets closer. They or a designee are anticipated to present proclamations,
from the County and State respectively, designating this day as Stop the Bleed Day.
  • Representatives from the media have also been invited, attendance is anticipated but pending the news events/priorities of the day.
  • Please complete the attached booth information form and return to TJ Donayri ([email protected]) to confirm your attendance; One (1) 6’ table and two (2) chairs will be provided for each booth.
  • In addition to the Stop the Bleed education, if any of you would like to provide additional outreach, education, injury prevention, materials at your booth (i.e. burns, pediatric, geriatric, etc.) this is welcome. Please indicate the topic/content on the booth information form to facilitate coordination and prevent redundancy.

I look forward to seeing all of you this exciting event that brings us all together as a Trauma System.

Please reach out to me for any questions.
Thank you,
