S.M.A.R.T Objective Tool
Nicholas Lee Hines, MPH—Hawaii Core SVIPP Grant Coordinator
Public health planning requires the development of short-term, mid-term and long-term objectives that are meaningful for your team and partners. The Emergency Medical Services and Injury Prevention System Branch developed this simple SMART Objective Tool for public heath practitioners in Hawaii to do just that. This SMART Objective Guide is also listed within the National Association of County Health Officials (NACCHO) Toolbox repository as an available resource to help local public health practitioners.
We encourage feedback to ensure expansion and improvement.
