The standard NPDES permit conditions are applicable to all NPDES Individual Permits. The issued NPDES Individual Permit specifies the version of the Standard NPDES Permit Condition that applies to the Permittee.

The standard general permit conditions are applicable to all Notices of General Permit Coverage (NGPCs).
